The second phase of the regional chapter has succed to decide the policies that would be used to give direction for the new regional council in governing the region in the period of 2013 - 2016. At this second phase of chapter, the members has elected the new regional council for term of office for coming three years:
Sr. Diana Malikebu (Regional Superior)
Sr. Linda Viano
Sr. Eunice Dambo
